By becoming a member, you’re not only supporting a long-standing community tradition—you’re helping ensure the longevity and growth of future Narrabri Shows. Membership contributions, along with strong member attendance and volunteer support, are vital to keeping the show running smoothly and maintaining the high standard of events our community values. Your involvement helps sustain facilities, support local exhibitors, and deliver experiences that bring the community together year after year.

Financial Membership provides voting rights at Narrabri Show Society meetings. All members are expected to actively contribute to the success of the annual Show by assisting with preparation, operations, or post-event activities as required. Membership runs from January 1 to December 31 each calendar year and provides a discounted 2-day admission for the member to the annual show. Membership applications are accepted until 30 April each year. Your member ticket & Life Member tickets will be emailed prior to the show or can be collected from the Secretary’s Office where email is not possible.
