We welcome applications across the following vendor categories:

Other (including local business promotion, hobbyists and community groups)
All Trade Sites are located outdoors within the Showgrounds precinct.
Please note:

Site holders are required to supply their own infrastructure, including marquee/tent, tables, chairs and any additional equipment required for operation.

All stallholders must comply with relevant safety, food handling and insurance requirements as outlined in the Trade Site Terms & Conditions.

Trade Site Application Instructions
- Complete all relevant sections of the Trade Site Application Form.
- Carefully read and sign both the Conditions of Entry and the Waiver pages.
- Return the completed and signed application via email to the Show Secretary at: [email protected]
- Payment details are outlined in Section 6 of the application form.
Once your application has been received and reviewed, the Show Secretary will confirm your allocated site(s) and any additional details via reply email.
Gate and vehicle passes will be issued prior to the Show.
